ELC Application Process

How to Apply

Review Expectations of Accepted Students.
Fill out and submit Online Application and Consent and Waiver Forms.
Provide 3 email addresses to collect the 3 required E-Signatures of you, your parent or legal guardian, and your school representative.
Attend one of two offered Mandatory Orientation Meetings in February 2027 with your parent or guardian. The final dates for orientation will be published in the late fall of 2026 for the March 2027 ELC conference.
Acceptance notifications will be emailed during the first week in February 2027.

Respect all people and property at Asilomar
Safeguard your meal tickets and room key (There is a charge if either is lost)
No changing of room assignments
Except for team meetings which include adults, there will be no boys in girls rooms and no girls in boys room

No drugs, alcohol, or smoking at any time
An ELC laptop will be provided for each team
No use of personal electronic devices during any meeting
Lights out at specified times
Students are not allowed on the beach unless it is part of a broader group activity

All accepted students MUST attend one of the meetings listed below
