ELC Application Process
How to Apply
- Review Expectations of Accepted Students.
- Fill out and submit Online Application and Consent and Waiver Forms.
- Provide 3 email addresses to collect the 3 required E-Signatures of you, your parent or legal guardian, and your school representative.
- Attend one of two offered Mandatory Orientation Meetings with your parent or legal guardian.
- Acceptance notifications will be emailed during the first week in February 2026.

Expectations of Accepted Students
- Be on time for all activities
- Eat all meals with your team
- Stay with your team for ALL activities
- Wear your name tag throughout the conference
- Respect all people and property at Asilomar
- Safeguard your meal tickets and room key (There is a charge if either is lost)
- No changing of room assignments
- Except for team meetings which include adults, there will be no boys in girls rooms and no girls in boys room
- No drugs, alcohol, or smoking at any time
- An ELC laptop will be provided for each team
- No use of personal electronic devices during any meeting
- Lights out at specified times
